The famous basketball player LeBron James, in the summer of 2018, signed a four-year millionaire contract with the Los Angeles Lakers, thus marking his departure from the Cleveland Cavaliers and his hometown, Akron. So James bought a mansion in the upscale neighborhood of Brentwood, in Los Angeles, for $ 23 million, adding another house to his property portfolio.

Qualified as the “masterpiece of light and design” by Trulia, it is an ultra modern property with a neutral color palette. Built in 2017, the property has 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a closed garage, a custom chef’s kitchen, showroom-level closets, theater room, wine cellar, cigar room, onyx bar, indoor / gym area, spa, massage room, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, roof terrace, patio in the master bedroom and a “car gallery” – garage.

The spacious courtyard is a great site for the LeBron James car collection, which contains a Lamborghini Aventador, a Porsche 911 Turbo S and a 1975 Chevy Impala restored according to Business Insider.

The kitchen has a sparkling French stripe and the herringbone oak floor and the polished brass details in the lighting and cabinets serve to add warmth. The fact that it can turn the front doors of Bride’s Veil from Phase Design makes the kitchen flow into a casual living space and brings the two rooms together in a light color scheme.

In Los Angeles living well means exterior. As we can see in James’ house with sliding doors from floor to ceiling, finished in modern black steel that bring a natural breeze to the room.

The large bed and the furry decor give the master bedroom a real touch. One of the best features is the sunny living area thanks to the large windows that look out onto a patio.

The house has a serious but light-filled office that offers a faint nod to Hollywood, making it a great place to make calls or examine your portfolio under Roll & Hill’s chic Agnes chandelier.

The bar has a deeper color scheme, a shiny onyx bar and well-placed mirrors that increase the feeling of light depth. The brightly colored art in the bar contrasting with the neutral tones of the house indicates that this is a place of fun.

The legendary basketball star has a large covered patio with marble floors, where you can enjoy meals with your family and friends all year round, as well as being a sophisticated games space.

Something that could not be missing for a sports celebrity is the projection room, which has a temperamental marble bar, leather armchairs and a wall-sized canvas.

James’ trainer for 17 years, Mike Mancias, told Men’s Health that due to James’s training program being phasic he really needed to have a home gym for cardiovascular and strength training. This gym has ample storage for weights, foam rollers, mats, balance balls and a ceiling fan and sliding doors to keep the player cool during training.
