Ex-boyfriends Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck recently moved to Miami Beach where they stayed in a luxurious oceanfront mansion costing $130,000 a month.
Built in 1925 and renovated in 2015, this fully furnished heavenly mansion is 10,114 square feet overlooking Biscayne Bay. Modern and completely white, it has 11 rooms, including a master suite with dressing room and balcony – where the couple was spotted by the paparazzi, and 15 bathrooms.
Downstairs you will find ample living areas to rest and relax, fully equipped kitchens and two dining areas with seating for entertaining.
Outside, the luxuriously landscaped backyard features an outdoor patio with barbecue, pool, jacuzzi, spa, pier and boat lift. The mansion also has a separate inn, gym and three garages.
While it’s not yet certain how long the couple stayed at this residence, which was sold to jewelry designer Paul Morelli for $17.5 million in April and was listed for rent with Julian Johnston of The Corcoran Group, the stay must have left. Jennifer Lopez nostalgic about the 2002 home she bought in Florida.
Today, the multihyphenate star also owns a $32.5 million mansion on Star Island in Miami, purchased with ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez.
