The approximately 7,000 square foot residence includes six bedrooms and six bathrooms. It was decorated with a neutral color palette, integrating some touches of greens, blues, oranges and rose gold. He used the used of a wide variety of construction materials used to add texture, including wood mixed with metals, marble surfaces and decorative glass elements.

We can begin to observe luxury with the entrance hall, which features a black and white geometric pattern marble floor, and continues with the main reception area, with 20-foot ceilings and an open-plan living room, dinner and kitchen. In the dining area, we can find a long dining table that can easily accommodate more than a dozen guests, it is anchored at one end by a black marble structure that reaches almost to the ceiling. The rooms, five of which are en-suite, are havens in neutral tones, with shades of gray, white, beige and gray, with a casual touch of color. The master suite is especially exciting, with a spa-like bathroom that features its deep soaking tub, similar to a sculpture on an elevated marble pedestal. In other spaces we can find an office, a gym, a laundry and a flower room.

Hoppen tells AD that they are only selling the place because it is so big and because they are spending more time elsewhere in the country.
